Ariel graduated from the University of Washington School of Nursing in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She began her career in pediatrics and transitioned to plastic surgery in January 2021 after joining Dr. Egrari as his lead clinical nurse. Ariel aims to educate and create personalized treatment plans to help patients reach their aesthetic goals.

Aalia began her career with Dr. Egrari in 2019 as his senior clinical nurse, where she built a strong clinical foundation in advanced aesthetic medicine. Having earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification she practices with a foundation rooted in safety, education, and a deep respect for facial anatomy. Her approach to aesthetics is centered on creating natural, harmonious results that highlight each patient’s unique features rather than changing them. Aalia thoughtfully combines complementary modalities when appropriate, tailoring each plan to the patient’s anatomy, goals, and skin health. Her expertise includes neuromodulators (BOTOX®), facial fillers, biostimulators, PRF and advanced aestheitcs treatments, along with personalized skincare recommendations to support and maintain results. She is also committed to ongoing continuing education, regularly attending national conferences and advanced expert trainings to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in aesthetic medicine. She prioritizes trust and honest communication with her patients, making sure they feel heard, informed, and confident in their treatment journey. Emilee is a Licensed Master Esthetician with over half a decade of experience in the cosmetic industry. Graduating from Evergreen Beauty College in 2021, she quickly found her passion in the medical side of aesthetics, with her favorite treatments being laser procedures and microneedling. Emilee has a strong understanding of our skin and its functions and would love to return one day to school for Dermatology.
