Benefits Of A Brazilian Buttock Lift

In a Brazilian butt lift, your own fat is used to enhance the look of your buttocks — no foreign implants or fillers are used to achieve the rounder look you desire. The use of your own fat cells eliminates the risk of rejection, since your body will easily accepts its own cells. An added benefit to the Brazilian butt lift is that you can have unwanted fat removed from specific areas that may be hard to reduce with diet and exercise. When the fat removal is performed near the abdomen, flanks, or legs, it can also further enhance the results of your buttock lift for a slimmer, more contoured backside.

The procedure is performed using injections and doesn’t require the same aftercare as a surgical buttock lift, so recovery time is typically less than other options. Risks associated with a Brazilian butt lift are generally minor because of the minimally invasive nature of the procedure, which leads to a smoother, faster recovery. Using your own fat cells will produce rounder buttocks that look and feel very natural. Advanced aesthetic techniques allow us to feminize buttocks and thighs combined.

Description Of Brazilian Buttock Lift Procedure:

This minimally invasive procedure involves removing fat from the flanks, abdomen, and inner thighs. This process removes fat and shapes the areas around the buttocks.

Using state-of-the-art equipment, your fat will be purified and then injected into the specifically targeted areas of the buttocks. These areas are determined by Dr. Egrari and are based on a detailed analysis of your pre-operative anatomy and your ultimate expectations.

Dr. Egrari does not believe in injection of fat into the muscle or under the muscle. Recently, data has pointed to dangers of injection of fat into those two areas. Because of this, Dr. Egrari always injects fat above the muscle. He believes that if there needs to be a compromise of size, it is done for the safety and wellbeing of the patient.

The incisions are virtually invisible, as the fat is injected by very small instruments. In addition, the fat is injected into many different layers to provide the smoothest, most natural-looking results, free from irregularities. Incisions are closed under the skin with absorbable sutures.

The skin is taped, and a garment is placed near the injection sites to facilitate healing and support the rounder, firmer shape of your buttocks.

This is a Seattle plastic surgery outpatient procedure done under general anesthesia.

Recovery After A Brazilian Buttock Lift:

Patients are ambulatory after the operation, but should avoid sitting or lying on their back for the time period Dr. Egrari advises. A garment is provided that will help the transferred fat cells become viable. This will need to be worn for four weeks.

A special BBL pillow will also be provided that allows sitting after the initial recuperation. There is minimal discomfort and no drains, making your recovery far faster than many procedures.

Most patients take 10 days off work and resume exercise in three to four weeks. You are advised to find a comfortable sleeping position on your stomach during your recovery.

The final result is often seen in about four to six weeks, at which point you can enjoy the new look of your plump, round, improved bootie! You will have follow-up appointments to monitor your healing process.

The use of your body’s own fat cells leads to long-lasting results. In fact, some patients still enjoy their enhanced buttocks even after twenty years!

Other Options For Body Enhancement With A Brazilian Buttock Lift

Liposuction of the surrounding areas — including the flanks, inner thighs, and abdomen — is essential in the overall re-contouring of the buttocks. Because of this, individuals who choose this procedure must have some areas of excess fat to allow for harvest.

Occasionally, implants are combined with our Brazilian butt lift in Bellevue procedure. This is known as a composite augmentation gluteoplasty. It’s a particularly useful operation, as it tends to hide the edges of implants and creates a harmonious look.

Individuals who have excess skin will need excisional operations such as a lower body lift, posterior body lift, or a pure buttock lift. Occasionally, a portion of the patient’s own tissue is used to shift volume into the buttocks. This is known as autologous augmentation gluteoplasty. Women who are seeking a complete body rejuvenation may also undergo a breast lift or breast augmentation in Bellevue. More and more, we are obtaining knowledge that frontal operations such as breast lifts, breast augmentations, and tummy tucks (abdominoplasty) can be combined with the Brazilian butt lift. We have an innovative sleeping position that we instruct for our patients that has been extremely effective.
