Injectable Artistry in a Surgical Practice

At Egrari Non-Invasive Center, facial fillers in Bellevue are administered by skilled injectors within a practice led by Dr. Sepehr Egrari, MD, FACS. Dr. Egrari is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in facial anatomy and rejuvenation. His understanding of facial structure at a surgical level directly informs how fillers are selected, placed, and layered at ENIC. The result is consistently natural-looking results built on a foundation of anatomical precision.

What Are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable substances, most commonly hyaluronic acid (HA), that add volume, smooth lines, and restore facial contours lost to aging. As we age, the face naturally loses subcutaneous fat, collagen, and bone density. This leads to hollowing, sagging, and the deepening of folds. Facial fillers replace that lost volume and support the underlying facial structure, restoring a more balanced, youthful appearance.

Results are immediate, require no general anesthesia, and carry minimal recovery time.

Benefits of Facial Fillers

  • Immediate, visible results with no surgical downtime
  • Restores lost volume to cheeks, temples, and under-eyes
  • Smooths nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lip lines
  • Defines and contours the lips, jawline, and chin
  • Minimally invasive with only local numbing required
  • Customizable to each patient's anatomy and goals
  • Can be combined with BOTOX and other treatments for comprehensive rejuvenation

Why Use Facial Fillers?

As we grow older, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous (under the skin) fat volume. With the loss of volume, facial muscles work closer to the skin surface. Other factors including sun exposure, lifestyle, and genetics can lead to a reduction in skin quality, lines, wrinkles, folds, and loss of facial contours. Dermal fillers provide minimally invasive cosmetic treatment to minimize the signs of aging and enhance facial appearance. Our facial fillers in Bellevue treat this issue.

Why Choose Dr. Egrari and ENIC for Fillers?

Filler placement is a skill that depends entirely on the injector's understanding of facial anatomy. At ENIC, that understanding runs deep. Dr. Egrari's dual board certifications from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, combined with his fellowship training and decades of surgical experience, inform the development and oversight of every injectable treatment plan. Patients receive care from providers trained within a surgical standard, not a spa standard.

Facial Fillers FAQs

How long do facial fillers last?

Can fillers be dissolved if I don't like the results?

Do fillers look natural?

Is there a difference between fillers and BOTOX?

How long do facial fillers last?

Results vary by product and area treated. Most hyaluronic acid fillers last 6 to 18 months. Denser products used for the jawline or cheeks may last up to 2 years.

Can fillers be dissolved if I don't like the results?

Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an injectable enzyme called hyaluronidase, giving patients flexibility if adjustments are needed.

Do fillers look natural?

When placed by an experienced injector with deep anatomical knowledge, results are natural-looking and proportionate to your facial structure. Dr. Egrari's team takes a restrained, artistic approach that preserves your authentic appearance.

Is there a difference between fillers and BOTOX?

Yes. BOTOX works by relaxing the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles. Fillers replace lost volume and smooth static lines. The two are often used together for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
