Our facial fillers in Seattle have brought about a change in how cosmetic enhancements are achieved. With the latest advances in dermal filler products, more people than ever are choosing injectables over surgery for facial rejuvenation and to correct cosmetic facial flaws. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), soft tissue fillers accounted for 2,600,868 minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures in a recent year.
At Egrari Non-Invasive Center, ENIC, we offer an array of facial fillers to treat a wide range of cosmetic issues, including the signs of aging. We are dedicated to technical excellence and artistry in minimally-invasive treatments, all performed in a private, luxurious, boutique setting.
As we grow older, our faces naturally lose subcutaneous (under the skin) fat volume. With the loss of volume, facial muscles work closer to the skin surface. Over time, crow’s feet, smile lines, and deeper wrinkles begin to appear. Our facial fillers in Seattle treat this issue.
The skin loses elasticity and begins to stretch with aging. Other factors, including sun exposure, lifestyle, and genetics, can lead to a reduction in skin quality, lines, wrinkles, folds, and loss of youthful facial contours. Dermal fillers provide minimally-invasive cosmetic treatment to minimize the signs of aging and enhance facial appearance.
Advanced facial fillers are a versatile treatment that can be used to correct many cosmetic issues when in the hands of a skilled plastic surgeon such as Dr. Egrari and his team of providers. Injections of dermal fillers can be used to:

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Updated March 30, 2020
After today’s National recommendation for extension of social distancing, and in line with our states “Stay Home Stay Healthy” mandate we have decided to suspend all non-essential daily services of Egrari Plastic Surgery Center and Egrari Non Invasive Center (ENIC) until May 4, 2020. Governor Jay Inslee has issued Proclamation 43.06.220 prohibiting elective surgery, including all cosmetic surgery, taking effect immediately and remaining in effect until May 18, 2020. Although these have been very difficult turn of the events, as it shuts down our practice, it is being done for the right reasons. Elective operations are placing undue burden on the supply chain of our health care system at a time of grave crisis. This is especially true for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) – gowns, masks, gloves, and swabs. Also, social distancing appears to be the only way we can fight this pandemic. At a time like this we all have got to place the interest of the public above and beyond our own. We must also do everything in our power to assist in the fight with Covid-19.
We also ask for your patience in the rescheduling process. Without any exception our patients have been kind, gracious and understanding. We sincerely appreciate your indulgence in this very difficult time.
Your health and well-being and that of our staff are so important to us and we want to do our part to make sure that everyone is protected.
Effective immediately the following will occur:
We are constantly updating our services and staffing according to the local and national recommendations and will always place your health and well-being as our top priority.
We have also offered our facility as a possible field medical unit should there be a need. We have an operating room that can be a well-equipped Intensive Care Unit (ICU) bed. Our recovery facility and exam rooms can house up to 6 patients. We are also looking at all our inventory and determining the items, especially PPE, that can be donated to our local health care system.
We continue to exercise all the latest recommendations that are handed down by CDC. These include:
Although Covid-19 is a serious issue, we strongly believe that it will pass and hopefully make our infrastructure and our ability to deal with pandemics in this Country even better than it currently is. We are monitoring this situation on a real-time basis and will not sit back until we know that we have done everything possible to avoid unnecessary exposure.
