48-Hour Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide 48 hours' notice, should you be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. As a reminder, if for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, we require that you call at least 48 hours before your appointment. A no-show or late cancellation may result in a fee (Consultation: $100/Service: $250), which will be charged to the card on file or collected prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Happy Hour

  • Happy Hour discounts are applicable during the event only.
  • A minimum of 25 units of Botox or 120 units of Dysport must be injected during the event to qualify for special pricing.
  • Kybella is $100 (or more) off applies to packages of 2 treatments (or more) only.
  • Filler discounts apply to 1cc syringes only.
  • You cannot use Egrari gift cards, Botox Banks, or Birthday Botox units in conjunction with Injection Happy Hour discounts.
  • Botox Banks cannot be used during Injection Happy Hour Events.
  • We require a $250 deposit to secure your appointment that will be used towards your service.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we require that you call at least 48 hours prior to your appointment or forfeit your $250 deposit.
  • If you cancel before the 48-hour period, your deposit stays on your account for future services.
  • If you reschedule before the 48-hour period, you will have to pay full price, but your $250 deposit can be used towards your services.

Prepayment Packages

  • Treatment packages offer a discount on multi-appointments that are paid in full at the first appointment.
  • If, for any reason, you do not wish to complete the specific treatment the package is intended for, you may use the credit towards a different service with the same provider unless otherwise authorized by the Office Manager.

Financial Policy: Surgery

A non-refundable $2,500 scheduling deposit is required at the time of scheduling a surgery date. This $2,500 deposit will be credited towards the surgery balance.

Full payment for surgery is due at the Pre-Operative appointment, which is scheduled to take place at least two weeks prior to surgery, and once paid, is non-refundable. If fees are not rendered at that time, a hold will be placed on the operation.

The Pre-Operative appointment is the definitive and final consultation. Once the Pre-Operative process is complete, if the patient chooses not to show up to surgery or needs to make further changes to the surgery date, there will be an additional 35% rescheduling fee.

The only exceptions to our refund policy are life-threatening emergencies or medical illnesses that prevent the patient from safely proceeding with the intended surgery. In these exceptional circumstances, a cancellation fee would not apply. Complete documentation of such an event by a specialist will be required. The $2,500 surgery scheduling fee continues to be non- refundable. We understand that nervousness and anxiety might be present, which we consider normal. However, rescheduling due to anxiety towards surgery is not considered a life-threatening event and will not meet the criteria for a refund.

Any surgery rescheduled within 30 days will forego initial nonrefundable deposit. Additional nonrefundable deposit must be placed at the time of rescheduling.

If lab work is required, it is the financial responsibility of the patient. If not completed, surgery may be postponed and/or subject to a rescheduling fee or canceled without a refund.

We do not accept and/or process insurance. All procedures here are considered elective in nature and subject to our fees. This also includes reconstructive cases. We are unable to provide any letters of medical necessity or coding for self-submission.

PRACTICE POLICY UPDATE FOR CORONAVIRUS (Covid-19):

We have been fully operational since May of 2020. This includes skincare and our non-invasive center (ENIC).
We know that so much of this pandemic caused an inconvenience for you, but we are delighted to see a return to normalcy. 
We will continue to be vigilant in our approach to Covid 19. For over two decades, we have considered safety as our most important prerogative — and there has never been a more important time to put that to use.
Here are some things we’re doing to ensure you are protected and that we maintain this facility as a Non-Covid Care (NCC) zone:

Patient Flow and Clinical Office Space

We now have a well-tested protocol of texting patients for control of flow for consultations.
We are assigning everyone to hourly wipe-downs of high-use areas with approved sanitizing wipes.
We are asking that no one wait in the waiting area.
We are coming up with protocols for room wipe-downs after each patient visit.
Every staff member will always wear a mask while in the office.
Every staff member will sanitize or wash hands after every interaction.
Implementation of virtual pre-ops, nursing visits, and questions.


Operating Room Experience

Similar precautions and questionnaires will be provided to establish Covid-19 Clear Status.
All staff will always wear a mask. All staff will always wear gloves.
Hand washing will be done for any patient interaction.
Specific wipe-down of our operating room, recovery, and pre-op areas will be performed.
We will minimize accompanying caretakers to only one. Those caretakers will be treated just like the patients.
Anesthesia Experience
Every anesthesia staff will wear goggles and other protective equipment during intubation.
Our anesthesiologists have been fully trained and are implementing all precautions for prevention of Covid-19 spread.
All circuits will be changed between each patient.
Full wipe-down of surfaces and floors will be performed.
We will implement a time-out protocol to confirm the Covid-19 Clear Status of every patient.


As you can see, we are taking this very seriously. We fully understand that this will cause some inconvenience in the short term, but realize that it is for the best.
Although Covid-19 has been a serious issue, we are seeing a resumption of normalcy. We continue to monitor this situation on a real-time basis, and we will not sit back until we know that we have done everything possible to avoid unnecessary exposure.
