A revolutionary new device has become available in the USA, CoolTone. A new, FDA-cleared device, CoolTone creates muscle definition, increases muscle mass, and reduces fat by triggering supramaximal muscle contractions with HIFEM (high-frequency electromagnetic muscle stimulation), while you relax. CoolTone treatments can create the taut, firm, defined body you have always wanted.
CoolTone is a groundbreaking body contouring device from the makers of CoolSculpting and BOTOX. CoolTone treatments increase muscle mass and tone, resculpting your body for a more “cut,” athletic look. The energy emitted by the device triggers your muscles to contract at a rate impossible to achieve with exercise. Some areas of the body, such as abs, buttocks, and upper arms are difficult to tone no matter how much you diet or work out. With CoolTone, you can finally have visible muscle definition and more attractive body shape.
CoolTone gets the most visible results on those who do not have a high body fat percentage, who want additional contouring and toning. If you already diet and exercise but need some help with problem areas such as the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and upper arms, CoolTone gets visible real-world results. These treatments can build greater muscle mass in the buttocks for a more rounded, lifted look – a great alternative to implants or natural fat transfer.
The CoolTone procedure typically requires four treatments, spaced several days apart. Two CoolTone treatments for two consecutive weeks will create lasting, visible results.
The CoolTone procedure is not painful. You may take a few moments to get used to the sensation of your muscles contracting, but it is not painful. The entire session will only take 30 minutes, and there is no downtime. You can tone and build your muscles, and shed excess fat during your lunch break, and return to work for the rest of the day with no side effects.
The only side effect reported is a sensation like what you feel after a tough workout, with sore muscles. Imagine strengthening your core without exercise – it can be done, with CoolTone.
A competing muscle toning device, Emsculpt, was released in 2018. According to Allergan, the CoolTone device offers 50 percent more electromagnetic intensity than Emsculpt. The makers of CoolTone are leaders in aesthetic medical devices and injectables. For this reason alone, CoolTone treatments are favored by both medical professionals and patients.
CoolSculpting is an FDA-approved device that has demonstrated an ability to help the body shed unwanted fat. CoolSculpting is one of the most effective non-surgical fat reduction devices currently on the market. The technology behind CoolSculpting is very different than that of CoolTone. CoolSculpting uses extreme cold to freeze and kill fat cells, while CoolTone uses electromagnetic energy to stimulate supramaximal muscle contractions – contractions so rapid that muscle mass is increased and subcutaneous fat around the muscles disappears. CoolSculpting is used for fat loss and does not tone muscles. If you have larger areas of excess fat, CoolSculpting
CoolTone is already approved by the FDA to help tone and firm the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks. Clinical tests have demonstrated that it is a completely safe procedure.
CoolTone has the following advantages:
Results from CoolTone are proven to last. Improvement to muscle tone will begin at two to four weeks and continue to improve. Follow-up maintenance treatments are recommended at about six months.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
Updated March 30, 2020
After today’s National recommendation for extension of social distancing, and in line with our states “Stay Home Stay Healthy” mandate we have decided to suspend all non-essential daily services of Egrari Plastic Surgery Center and Egrari Non Invasive Center (ENIC) until May 4, 2020. Governor Jay Inslee has issued Proclamation 43.06.220 prohibiting elective surgery, including all cosmetic surgery, taking effect immediately and remaining in effect until May 18, 2020. Although these have been very difficult turn of the events, as it shuts down our practice, it is being done for the right reasons. Elective operations are placing undue burden on the supply chain of our health care system at a time of grave crisis. This is especially true for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) – gowns, masks, gloves, and swabs. Also, social distancing appears to be the only way we can fight this pandemic. At a time like this we all have got to place the interest of the public above and beyond our own. We must also do everything in our power to assist in the fight with Covid-19.
We also ask for your patience in the rescheduling process. Without any exception our patients have been kind, gracious and understanding. We sincerely appreciate your indulgence in this very difficult time.
Your health and well-being and that of our staff are so important to us and we want to do our part to make sure that everyone is protected.
Effective immediately the following will occur:
We are constantly updating our services and staffing according to the local and national recommendations and will always place your health and well-being as our top priority.
We have also offered our facility as a possible field medical unit should there be a need. We have an operating room that can be a well-equipped Intensive Care Unit (ICU) bed. Our recovery facility and exam rooms can house up to 6 patients. We are also looking at all our inventory and determining the items, especially PPE, that can be donated to our local health care system.
We continue to exercise all the latest recommendations that are handed down by CDC. These include:
Although Covid-19 is a serious issue, we strongly believe that it will pass and hopefully make our infrastructure and our ability to deal with pandemics in this Country even better than it currently is. We are monitoring this situation on a real-time basis and will not sit back until we know that we have done everything possible to avoid unnecessary exposure.
