This is the age of Google and Mars Curiosity. We don’t describe, we show. At Egrari Plastic Surgery Center, we are dedicated to showcase the possibilities by series of high tech applications on our electronic platforms so you, the patient, can visualize the outcomes. We are able to show you what injectables in your laugh lines (nasolabial folds) look like or what your nose will look like after a delicate rhinoplasty. What will your breasts look like after Breast Augmentation? We can show you that too. We think descriptions are archaic and draconian. Again, we don’t tell–we show.
At Egrari Plastic Surgery Center we believe in being “avant guard” and being ahead of the curve. Come and discover an array of displays that take the guesswork out of the equation. We are dedicated to providing multi-faceted information, as we believe information is power.
Our highly sophisticated photography technology allows us to use some of the most powerful techniques available to show simulation of the outcome. Like Vectra which is in 3D, our imaging simulation can show a variety of outcomes in 2D and can assist the patient in seeing the reality of their future. Canfield Imaging has been at the forefront of medical photography and we proudly are showcasing some of the best equipment and software that they have produced.
Your VECTRA 3D simulation experience begins with a picture session in our office. This creates the starting point for your aesthetic consultation. Using special simulation software on your 3D picture, Dr. Egrari will show you the possible results of the aesthetic procedures you may choose to have.
You will be able to experiment with different looks until you find the one you want. Once you have decided on the appearance you want, this simulation will provide a basis for your surgical plan. Because you have already seen the result, you can be confident in the outcome of the procedure.
The VECTRA 3D simulation technology that Dr. Egrari will use was developed by Canfield Imaging Systems, a division of Canfield Scientific, the leading provider of clinical imaging systems. Canfield specializes in photographic applications for aesthetic medicine, and their products are used in patient consultations by thousands of practitioners worldwide.
The VECTRA 3D camera captures a three-dimensional photograph of the subject. Using multiple cameras, it takes a number of pictures simultaneously from several different points of view. This is used to build a three-dimensional virtual model of the subject.
Sculptor software processes the three dimensional photograph and displays the virtual model on a computer monitor. The image can be rotated on the screen and viewed from almost any angle. The software then allows Dr. Egrari to apply simulation tools that change the size, shape and position of your breasts to achieve the desired appearance. Once you are satisfied with the result, Dr. Egrari will develop a surgical plan based on the changes you have made.

Updated May 5, 2020
As previously stated, we are pleased to announce the opening of our practice May 19,2020. Our clinic, operating facility, skin care and noninvasive center (ENIC) will resume their full activity.
We know that so much of this has caused inconvenience for you. We want nothing more than to see our patients and resume what we do best. But we also know that we had to be patient and make sure that the timing is right.
We know clearly well that our work ahead is an important one. For over two decades we have considered safety as our most important prerogative. And, there has never been a more important time to put that to use.
As we stage the comeback of our States businesses and our own practice, we clearly understand that we must do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our patient, and our staff.
We also ask for your patience in the rescheduling process. Without any exception our patients have been kind, gracious and understanding. We sincerely appreciate your indulgence in this very difficult time.
Here is some of what we are doing to ensure that you are protected and that we maintain this facility as a Non-Covid Care (NCC) Zone:
Patient Flow and Clinical office Space
Operating Room Experience
Anesthesia Experience
As you can see, we are taking this very seriously. We fully understand that this will cause some inconvenience in the short term but realize that it is for the best.
Although Covid-19 is a serious issue, we strongly believe that it will pass and hopefully make our infrastructure and our ability to deal with pandemics in this Country even better than it currently is. We are monitoring this situation on a real-time basis and will not sit back until we know that we have done everything possible to avoid unnecessary exposure.
We know well that when you see us in action, you will realize that you have put your trust in the right practice.
