Women are much more likely than men to develop cellulite. This is because fat cells and connective tissue that cause cellulite are arranged vertically in women, while in men they form a crisscross structure. Hormones, aging, diet, lifestyle, and genetic factors also play a role in cellulite development, which is something our Cellfina® in Seattle procedure can address.

Cellfina In Seattle

Cellfina by Dr Sepehr Egrari Cellulite Reduction Seattle

What Is Cellfina?

Cellfina is the first and only FDA-cleared, minimally-invasive procedure that has been proven to improve the appearance of cellulite for a minimum of three years. This one-time procedure works by treating the primary structural cause of cellulite: the connective bands woven throughout the fatty tissue in the buttocks and thighs.

These tight connective bands within the fat pull down on the skin, causing it to pucker or dimple. When these bands are released during the Cellfina procedure, the skin is able to bounce back and smooth itself out in only a few days. At The Egrari Non-Invasive Center (ENIC) in Seattle, we offer Cellfina treatments to patients who want to improve the appearance of cellulite on the buttocks and thighs.

Procedures are performed in our exquisite, free-standing, state-of-the-art facility in Bellevue where we focus on the most effective non-invasive treatments. Dr. Egrari and the entire staff at The Egrari Non-Invasive Center are committed to providing the latest advancements in non-invasive treatment options to our patients in a modern, luxurious setting.

How Does It Work?

The procedure is performed using a local anesthetic in an outpatient setting. Once the area is numbed, the procedure proceeds as follows:

  • A small, needle-like device is inserted into the skin.
  • The device is then used to release the bands known as fibrous septae (connective bands throughout the thighs and buttock that pull down on the skin).
  • Once the bands are released, the treated skin becomes smoother and more attractive.
