TREAT YOURSELF TO A LITTLE BRIDE-TO-BE BEAUTIFICATION
Not everything is necessary. Most patients benefit from a focused approach—consistent skincare, a few well-selected treatments, and enough time for results to settle naturally.
This is a curated overview of the treatments we recommend most often—think of it as a menu, not your checklist.

1/6: Skincare Regimen
Always start with skincare. It’s your foundation. If your skin is in a good place, everything else works better—your results, how you heal, how long things last.
You don’t need a complicated routine. Cleanser, moisturizer, SPF. That’s it to start. Then you can add in a serum or two depending on what you’re dealing with—acne, uneven tone, dullness, whatever it is.

2/6: HydraFacial & Dermaplaning
This is one of those treatments that just makes your skin look better pretty much every time.
Dermaplaning gets rid of dead skin and peach fuzz (your makeup will go on smoother, it’s noticeable). HydraFacial cleans everything out and hydrates your skin in the same appointment. It’s easy, consistent, and works well for most people.
✨Great before events—but don’t make your wedding the first time you try it.

3/6: Botox & Dysport
Botox and Dysport are the same product, just different manufacturers. They soften lines in the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes.
If you already get it, just stay on schedule. If you’ve never had it and are thinking about it for your wedding, try it ahead of time so you know what to expect.

4/6: Filler, Sculptra & PRF Injections
These all do different things, but are similar in that they "fill".
Filler - Adds instant structure or subtle volume—lips, cheeks, jawline, temples, and chin.
Sculptra - Builds volume slowly over time—mid face and temples.
PRF Injections - Builds volume slowly over time—mid face, temples, and under eyes.
The goal is that you look like yourself, just a little more put together—not noticeably “done.”
✨ PRF shows up in a few different treatments—it can also be used topically with microneedling or injected for hair restoration.

5/6: Microneedling
This is one of our most recommended treatments for wedding prep—texture, pores, fine lines, and acne scars.
There are a few ways to customize it: PRF, growth factors, or exosomes, or RF microneedling (Morpheus8) for the face or body if you want added tightening along with the usual microneedling benefits.

6/6: Laser Treatments
Generally lasers treat similar concerns like redness, pigmentation, sun damage, dullness, and uneven tone—but they do it at different levels. Some are more aggressive than others, and some are better at a specific thing:
Tier 1: Laser Toning - Subtle, no downtime treatment. Great for mild pigmentation, diffuse redness, and skin overall.
Tier 2: BBL & MicroLaser Peel - More targeted. BBL is great for redness pigmentation, and large pores, while MicroLaserPeel focuses more on texture and surface-level resurfacing.
Tier 3: Halo - Deeper, more comprehensive correction. It's a hybrid so it treats both above and below the surface. This is where you start to see more noticeable improvement across multiple concerns at once.
You don’t need everything on this list.
Most people get the best results by keeping it simple—good skincare, a couple of treatments that make sense for them, and enough time for it all to come together.
