 Artefill® is the first and only FDA-approved non-resorbable injectable wrinkle filler.
Over the past few years many different fillers have
come through with very impressive performance and results.
However, the limitation of all of them has been that
they were temporary. Artefill is the first and only
filler that has shown to have permanent results over
the past few years of rigorous testing and research.
Artefill® contains PMMA microspheres and purified bovine
collagen gel with an anesthetic for comfort during injection.
Four weeks prior to injection, a skin test must be administered
in order to screen for an allergy to bovine collagen.
 
Artefill® is different as it has unique microspheres
that are not absorbed by the body and provides the permanent
support that your skin needs for long-lasting wrinkle
correction.
The treatment is an office procedure that takes about
30 minutes to do. Using our standard techniques of cooling
and topical anesthesia, utmost comfort is provided.
We now place all of our patients on a booster pack of
Arnica which has been a mainstay of bruise control for
so many of our major procedures. Most patients can resume
active work and exercise within a few hours.
