Electronic Medical Records
The ever-changing world of medicine requires adaptability and versatility. Information is one of the key elements of delivery of care. Introducing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at Sepehr Egrari MD FACS PC Plastic Surgery Center. In April 2009 our office changed over to a sophisticated EMR program that electronically gathers all of your information and allows quick reference and permanent, accurate archiving — all done with attention to all rules of privacy and federal regulations of HIPPA.
Our NexWeb feature allows you to be able to register online — in a secure and easy format — prior to your arrival. Over the next few months various other features including portals for review of all of our procedures, video instructions, form archiving, and postoperative instructions will be added to our existing features.
We believe in providing you with the most accurate, most complete information possible. Now EMR opens another horizon in our archiving of information.

A "New Day" has arrived! The Food and Drug Administration approves silicone gel implants for use in breast augmentation surgery.
He has been principle investigator for both the clinical adjunct and core trial for Inamed for silicone gel implants. Our unique contribution and participation in these clinical studies allowed us to offer silicone implants to women who met specific conditions. This led to a very large-scale experience with all types of silicone gel implants. Now, we are delighted that silicone gel implants are available to the vast majority of women. Currently, they can be offered for breast augmentation for women who are least 22 years old and for all breast-reconstruction patients.
Dr. Egrari works closely with patients to select the appropriate implant based on the unique physical characteristics and goals of each person. Because he's been using silicone gel implants for years, he has extensive experience with the different profiles and shapes that the implants come in. His unique scientific and artistic approach to select a size and shape has become a trademark of his consultation process, and has led this practice to become a specialized and prominent one in the field of breast enhancement in this region.
