Plastic Surgery is an important decision. It is also one that requires meeting financial obligations. We at Sepehr Egrari MD FACS PC Plastic Surgery Center want to make sure that you have every detail of your financial obligations explained to you. We also want to try to provide the easiest route for you to get to your dreams. Our Patient Care Coordinators and our Financial Consultants are able and eager to meet all your needs.

We strongly believe that the evaluation of a patient is a dynamic and variable process; therefore many different variations can exist in the determination of an accurate fee. For that reason, and in an effort to preserve patient confidentiality, we feel that service and procedure fees are better discussed during your consultation. Our Patient Care Coordinators are always available and look forward to discussing individualized fees with you during your visit to our facility.

Our consultation fee is $75, which is credited toward your scheduled service or procedure. We request that patients provide 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

We do not accept any insurance as we are not contracted with any carrier. All procedures are subject to our appropriate fees. These include reconstructive cases. Some patients decide to bill their own insurance after the procedure.

During your initial consultation, you will receive a quote for the recommended procedure. Because our operating rooms are in high demand, we require a deposit that will reserve your desired date on the surgery schedule. Full payment for your procedure will be due at the pre-op visit, which is usually two weeks prior to the surgery.
